We hope You are happy with your purchase. If, for any reason, You are not completely satisfied with a purchase We invite You to review our policy on refunds and returns. The following terms are applicable for any products that You purchased with Us.

Your Order Cancellation Rights

If you have ordered a wrong item, you can request us before we dispatch the order. We will not ship the item and we will refund 100% money back. If you miss to raise cancellation request before dispatch, you will not be eligible for the cancellation, since the product might have been shipped by the time. When you cancel the order, make sure you submit a proper reason, without proper reason for cancellation, we will not accept it. Stopping your order processing is critical task after we get the order; and hence canceling any order will affect us & so expect your co-operation in this regard. Refund will be processed from our side in maximum 2 business days.The time for the refund to reflect in your source account within 5 to 7 working days from the time of refund initiation. Please note that this is the time taken by the respective banks or e-wallets to process your refund.

Conditions for Returns

  • The return request is to be raised within 7 Working Days from the date of delivery. Return request after return period will not be approved.
  • Return request may vary from product to product, always check products description if product is returnable or not.
  • If the item you ordered arrived in a physically damaged or defective condition or is different from their description on the product detail page, or has missing parts or accessories, the return request should be filed within 2 days of delivery.
  • Return request will be reviewed by Shoppehood.
  • If required, request will be shared with the seller for his/her approval.
  • If an eligible product is out of stock from the same seller, it cannot be replaced. Only a refund against the returned product will be issued.
  • If you report an issue with your Smartphone, Tablet, Laptop, Television, Air Conditioner, Refrigerator, Washing Machine, Microwave, we may schedule a technician visit to your location. This visit is scheduled by placing an order with respective brand through Shoppehood. Subject to brand Home Services Terms and Conditions, a resolution will be provided based on the technician’s evaluation report.
  • If you wish to return an electronic device that stores any personal information, please ensure that you have removed all such personal information from the device prior to returning. Shoppehood shall not be liable in any manner for any misuse or usage of such information.

Return Process

  1. Submit Return request from your order page.
  2. After approval, pickup of the product will be arranged through our courier partners.
  3. Place the product securely in its original packaging and Any product to be returned should be returned in there original unused condition, with all the original accessories, price tag, manuals, parts accessories, original packaging box delivered to you
  4. You will be responsible for any damage incurred to the product during return transit, hence for safety please ensure proper packing of the product before returning.

Return of or refund for purchased Products shall not be entertained by Shoppehood if:

  1. the Product has been used for reasons apart from checking fit and comfort. If Shoppehood approves that the Product has been used for reasons apart from checking fit and comfort, Shoppehood shall reserve the right to reject the return of the Product;
  2. the Product has been washed;
  3. the price tags, brand tags, box, original packaging material, and accompanying accessories have been damaged or discarded by the User;
  4. the serial number/IMEI number/bar code of the Product, as applicable, does not match Shoppehood’s records;
  5. the accessories delivered with the Product (such as chargers, earphones, user manuals, etc) are not returned along with the Product, in an undamaged condition;
  6. there are any dents, scratches, tears or any other damage to the Products or any part thereof;
  7. in the case of electronics, if the Products sought to be returned are not sealed in the poly jiffy bag provided by Shoppehood;
  8. in case of precious materials or accessories (watches), if the returned Products are fake or counterfeit or damaged;
  9. the Product is according to their nature are not suitable to be returned, deteriorate rapidly or where the date of expiry is over;
  10. the Product are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons and were unsealed after delivery;
  11. the Product according to their nature, inseparably mixed with other items;
  12. if the User in any way breaches the Cancellation, Return and Refund Policy.

Conditions for Free Replacement

Product within return window and in stock (exact same item) with same seller are eligible for free replacement. Free replacement order will be shipped through standard shipping once the original order is returned. Free replacements can be requested if the following conditions apply:

  • If Seller provides free replacement.
  • Product received is physically damaged.
  • Product received has missing parts or accessories.
  • Product received is different from their description on the product detail page on com
  • Product received is defective/does not work properly.

Refunds

  • Refund will be processed only once the product has been received in our warehouse and has been checked for quality.
  • Allow us at least two (2) days from the receipt of your product to process your refunds. We will notify you by email when your refunds has been processed.

Refund for Online Paid Orders:

For online paid orders, refunds will be processed back to your original payment method.

Refund for Pay on Delivery Orders:

For Pay on Delivery orders, refunds will be processed to your bank account (via National Electronic Funds Transfer (NEFT)).

If you wish to receive the Pay on Delivery order’s refund to your bank account, you can update the details of the bank account in Your Account section or from the Returns Centre when you are returning an item.

Note: Refunds cannot be processed to third-party accounts. The name on your Shoppehood account should match with the name of the bank account holder.

Tips to avoid returns

To ensure to order the correct product for your purpose here are few tips for a proper buying techniques:

  • Ensure that the product will actually fulfills your needs & requirements in terms of size and use.Make sure that the product will actually fit your requirements. All the specifications of the products are mentioned on the product by us to ensure that the customer fully understands the product.
  • Due to different technology of different screens there will always be slight variation in actual color of the product and displayed color on your device. Factors like different display technology, display size, image capture lighting settings, color-contrast-brightness settings , viewing angle etc. . . make the actual color of the product vary. Hence it is better to select the nearest shade of the product for your use.
  • All our product details contain specifications ad per international standard guidelines, i.e., GSM – Grams per Metre for towels etc…, TC Thread Counts for Fabric standards, CM – centimeter for measurements, KG – Kilograms for weight, etc…. .
